Welcome to the University of Derby Buxton Mens Football Club. The UDBMFC currently houses three football teams providing plently of oppourtunity for footballers of all abilities. The club consists of a 1st, 2nd and 3rd team. Due to current funding issues across all universities only the 1st and 2nd team are competitive and compete in the BUCS league. Both teams have been largely successful in recent seasons. Finishings second in both leagues, losing out marginally in the race for promotion. This year both teams are looking forward to gaining promotion from both leagues. Training is open to anyone who is signed up and selected, with the 3rd team training at 5 - 6.30pm and the 1st and 2nd teams traininig at 6.30 - 8pm at the Buxton community school. We encourage all to come and get involved. As joining the club provides a great sporting and social experiance throughout your time at university, not only on matchdays but throughout each week.
