If you’re looking for a group exercise class but not ready to take on high intensity workouts then this is a great class for you to try, we welcome complete beginners or those who want a gentle return to exercise to join us
Move More Package
We cover everything from body awareness, posture and balance to walking then running in this package, so if you are looking to get off the couch and get moving or wanting to refine your running technique or get involved in local running races then we can assist you – and join you on your journey. We have a calendar of events available such as body awareness sessions to structured runs to put your learning into practice. A calendar of local races is also at the tip of our fingers to share with you too!
