Team Derby’s inclusive attitude to sport, exercise and health shows that we believe passionately in the ethos of sport for all.

In 2011 Team Derby was successful in securing Sport England Active Universities lottery funding to support its three year "Different Degrees" project which aims to attract more students into participating in university sport.

The Different Degrees programme offers a range of activities for students including:

Intra Mural Sport – Social leagues and games where students play each other over 4 sports.

Pay As You Play – Opportunities to learn or improve your skills in a variety of sports through 5 or 6 week taster programmes.

Give it a Go Tasters – A chance for students to try a range of new sports, designed to cater for all abilities.
